Its wonderful location is less than ten minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row, which includes the Arrowhead mall, Spa's, Restaurants, and Movie Theatres! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife. This beautiful Arrowhead Ranch Community offers mature colorful landscaping, lakes, waterfalls,  mountian views, parks, and miles of trails for walking//biking. Beautiful Home in Beautiful Neighborhood

This home was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of walking trails and lakes. I love that the home has a split floorplan so the master is very private. Very clean and well decorated. I will definitely refer this home to my friends and family.

This property was even better than the pictures! Perfect for a extended family vacation!

My husband and I rented this property for a spring break week vacation with our two sons, wives and 5 granddaughters (2-9yrs.) The home was a perfect getaway. It is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items. The beds are very comfortable. It was impecibly clean! The girls loved the pool! We loved the sliding doors that had a security latch. The neighborhood and surrounding area is great for walking/running. Even had a playground two blocks away. We could walk to the DQ at night😊 Kim was responsive from the beginning to the end of our stay. We would highly recommend her and this property!
